OBITUARY: MABEL “IRENE” MAYLE

Mabel “Irene” Mayle was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She left this world suddenly on June 3, 2021 at the age of 66.

Left to honor Irene and remember her love is former spouse, Edward O. Mayle. Four children; Teddy L. Mayle, Anthony W. (Terri) Mayle, Fanci N. Mayle, Matthew D.(Brandy) Mayle; eleven grandchildren: Courtney, Aaron(Mary), Grant, Shaleah, Koby, Tyson, Ivy, Teddi, Shay, Rodney(Vanessa), Halie; four great-grandchildren: Aiden, Madison, Gracie and Katie. Countless nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Wyonia and Floyd, four sisters: Dorthy, Sandra, Wanda, Elfreda; six brothers: Donald, Harold, Herbet, Carney, Frank, Charles; one great- grandchild: Letty.

Irene will be remembered as a caring, loving, funny, strong woman.

The family will receive friends at the Kittle Family Funeral Home 265 Beech Avenue, Philippi on Saturday June 5, 2021, from 6-9 pm and on Sunday June 6, 2021 from 9am – 9pm and on Monday June 7, 2021 from 9 am-2pm.  A Funeral service will be held at 2 pm from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Wilbert Mayle and Mr. William Berdine officiating and interment will follow in the Welch Cemetery.
